curmugeonI'll be outside in an hour to make some repairs and make sure there is a cooling system operational for tomorrow. I never trust the weather man.
I hope it is cooler next weekend. I still have so much to do, and I don't need the heat to make it miserable. I'm concentrating on the barn now. If the barn gets organized, a lot of stuff will be easier to do. I got to check the next local swapmeet date, as I will have my first load to sell. Just looking around me now I have a book on equine health, a phone caller id capture device, I'll have repair manuals, maybe a chainsaw or two, a woodstove, a hydraulic floor jack, and an assortment of computer stuff.
I'm looking into a short hike to the falls at Herkey Creek, that may occur soon.
I got tickets to the Antiques Roadshow, that show on PBS. My time slot is 5 p.m. on Saturday June 7th at the Palm Springs Convention Center. It will be hot, it will be crowded, and it will be fun. I got my two items ( the allotment per ticket) and I'm looking forward to the event.
