dumb and dumber....

We are in very serious trouble and most of the 'public' don't know it. Our house of cards economy is poised on a precipice, and when you look down, there isn't a bottom in sight.
We have a generation of people who think the only way is up... surprise, what goes up can go down and it will. We have people who think the government will take care of us... sure they may try, but a whole lot of
people are going to fall through the cracks. There a whole lot of people who will fall for the lies and rhetoric handed out by the politicians. They will vote based on non-issues, ignoring reality because it upsets
them to think of what really is going on.
Foreign governments have bought our debt; they own our industry, our banks, and our souls. Banks have given loans to people who did not deserve such. We now have a national debt ceiling at $10.5 trillion...
one more legacy to pass on to future generations.
If you have kids, I feel sorry for them. They will not have as good a life as you did, they will struggle to work through the mistakes of our generation.
Will we have a depression? Who knows? Maybe something much worse. You've seen the post-apocalyptic movies, that may be what we are looking at.
I'm one of the 'lucky' ones... the house is paid for; the land is free and clear. The taxes are very low.
There are hard times ahead, very hard times. It will take more than a generation to get this country back on track.
