Offshore drilling isn't going to solve the current crisis. Any member of the public who thinks it will inffluence the price of a gallon of gas has their head in the sand. Of course politics can influence the cost of gasoline, remeber how gas got cheaper just before the last election? It was just some Arabs doing their best to elect another 'oil man' in the Whiehouse.

Will the offshore drilling issue sink Obama? Maybe, as the majority of the dumb electorate will buy McBush's arguement.
