Also.... talk about lack of transparency....this is what the proposed
law says...

Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are
nonreviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be
reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.

Yes, I think fascism has won. We haven't wanted to see it, haven't wanted to concede, but the corruption has gone on and on, and now, we are done.
