It seems that the $700 billion is a limit on what we might hold at any
one time, the end cost could be much higher...

Also.... talk about lack of transparency....this is what the proposed
law says...
Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are
nonreviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be
reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.
Remember... In God We Trust, all others pay cash....
