curmugeonRight now there is an appropriations bill (since tabled in the Senate) that is full of earmarks, hundreds of millions of earmarks. Obama was going to sign it, earmarks and all, because most of the earmarks were Democratic earmarks. This is change?
We have cuts in the Pentagon budget, but these cuts are being offset by more earmarks by Democrats and Republicans, for programs that are obsolete or not a fit with modern warfare.
We are still living with the same old system, Congress and the Senate are working for corporations not the voters.
We will not see change in our lifetime, the system is corrupt and until it is destroyed, it will not change.
Capitalism is a cancer that kills freedom, and humanity.
Obama promised change, he will not succeed till such time Corporate America is held accountable for their crimes against humanity.
