Weekend...

curmugeonTo Anza, and back. Found a few items I haven't seen in years. I opened a trunk to find a 'like new' motorcycle helmet and my best riding gloves. That brought back memories. I also found a nice collection of topographic maps of the Upper Kern River and some areas of Eastern Sierra Nevada range. More memories.
Gave my Saturn a good car wash and cleaned it top to bottom. Now to clean the very dirty Isuzu. Took the Isuzu up the roads to look at the fire area, I'll explore that later after the rainy season starts.
This evening I went to 'Pennylane' my local used record outlet. Picked up a great CD, Tom Petty's Last DJ. This CD will not get much airplay, as it is a statement against the corporate media culture. Also picked up the first Audioslave and an early Led Zeppelin.
Now, ready to get ready for work.
