curmugeonThe sun just broke over the mountain, and it has shown me that I need to clean the glass in the sliding patio door.
Got a few things to do today, primarily finding a bike shop that doesn't have a one week backlog so I can get my dérailleurs adjusted. I want to ride my mountain bike but around here I'd like to have all 24 speeds. I may have to resort to the old 'do it yourself' if all else fails. The only problem there is I come from the era where 'indexing' didn't exist. If I find a place that can do it, then I'll also change my tires to a less aggressive tread pattern, as I will be riding hard pack dirt roads most of the time. Snake season does not lend itself to too much single track.
Oh well, I got a couple of 40 pound bags of dog food yet to unload, some dishes that need washing, some laundry to do, and some stuff I need to bag for the dump.
Puppies are fed and hopefully sleeping for a while.
