We have a dumb electorate who really think they pay too much taxes. What they don't realize is that society has responsibility to provide for the general welfare of all citizens and non-citizens alike. It's all part of our founding fathers vision of what this country was to be. But that concept is hard to understand when your level of intellect is just slightly above that of a rock.
