curmugeonIIndia is thinking of 'playing the numbers; and by doing so increasing the number of people living in poverty by 100 million.
Hey, they are learning the American Way... when the facts don't fit reality, just play the numbers. That is why when it comes to inflation they (the United States) doesn't include the cost of energy or food.
