want a balanced budget?

Time to consider a balanced budget... but there is a right way and a wrong way to do it...  a budget is really a moral document, something forgotten by Washington (and Sacramento)..what we cut should reflect our moral courage and convictions and promote the general welfare of the country. not the lobbying of corporate interests.
