curmugeonSeems that they were unable to seat a jury in a trial where one of the charges was the possession of a few buds of marijuana... a whole 1/16th of an ounce. I give the people of Missoula Montana credit for seeing this as a senseless waste of tax dollars and as overreaching by the government.
