curmugeonThis day has been slow. I got up early, took a truck load to the dump, and visited a good friend. I've been procrastinating today, I have work but mid day here is too hot to work outside in the hot sun, we have plenty of that. I gleened a bit of knowledge from my visit with Steve bout gardening and will share some of my tools in exchange for food. The barter economy works when your dealing with a bunch of relics from the sixties.
This evening as the sun sets I'll work on a weed whacker as that tool is vital in the next task. I may check the renta place tomorrow and see if they have a heavy duty mower I can rent to do the rest of the property. It is spring here, and sometimes feels like summer. Tomorow I will stop by our local swap meet and look around but I will not buy any more bikes, I got to get rid of a few.
Oh well, so is my day.
