curmugeonWhile these words were written to a friend, I think I should share them with others I know or may come to know....
Life in these troubled times have brought me in contact with others and through that I'm gaining a new direction. As you probably read, I lost a very close friend lately, and you wonder why, but our time in this realm is finite, so we need to make every moment count. We need to share the love, hold out the hand, say the meaningful word, because we all need to remember that we are not alone in this journey. Many will pass through our lives, some good, some bad, but all are part of the fabric of life. I'm changing, and growing more compassionate. I now find myself feeling the pain of others, and also the joy. Life has become more about emotion and experience, thanks to those I've met or who have touched me in some way. May we all find a way to handle these bits of life as we grow older and cherish those who we have known and hopefully leave memories in the lives of others.
