Got a call tonight from my doctor. I had asked for a referral to a surgeon to take care of a small hernia that has been bugging me for a few weeks. Tomorrow I make the appointment, then it will be a quick in and out surgery. I'll take a day off for the procedure and another day to recoup. I look forward to less pain, and a chance to ride my mountain bike as hard as I want.
