The last week has been somewhat interesting. My assignments have been going well, the complexity of my duties has been going well. Seems they are putting more duties on my shoulders, all part of 'tight budget' tactics, give them the work, but don't pay the pay the higher position would require.
Went for a nice bike ride today, made the time for me. A good sweat, now for a good steak, and a nice cold beer.
Seems that since the oilmen have taken over the Whitehouse, we have a series of gas crisis's. We are now paying for a gas shortage in Arizona, as the local supplies have been diverted to Phoenix and Tucson to make more profit. This crisis is created by a manufactured shortage. When will it end?
We never learn. We are now recruiting the people the Iraqi citizens feared the most. We are recruiting Saddam's spies to spy on the same people we came to 'liberate'. Welcome to the 'neocon' tyranny of Dubya.
I'm watching a very touching tribute on VH1 to the last days of Warren Zevon. His music has always been something I've heard, but never really heard. During this telecast, you got a better feel of the artist. I can't wait for the new CD.
