He knows too much to quickly hand him over to the Iraqi people, so you go through your collection of prisoners and get one of his look alikes, hand him over to the tribunal, label him a crazy deranged man, and let them have their fun.
Meanwhile, you spirit him off to a safe place and use whatever method of torture you want, the world never to be the wiser. You then use the information you got to blackmail Runsfeld and Bush to give you anything you want. Scratch the last part, I forgot that Rumsfeld and Bush Sr. have nothing to share, they would just hunt your sorry ass down and label you a terrorist and put you in a cell and throw away the key.
