Kerry wimped out...

I have lost faith in the Democratic Party and figure if you aren't in it till the last vote is counted, you don't deserve my vote. John Kerry is a wimp. I'll be going Green.

The day after...

I'm very disappointed in my fellow Americans. I should not use 'fellow Americans' as they are not like me. Ignorance reigned, and the dumb and dumber of middle earth voted. Bush will gut Roe vs. Wade, he has his sights on the Social Security Trust Fund, he needs more bodies for his war (do I hear the term draft?), he needs more wars for his oil (next stop Iran, or maybe we need to invade Saudi Arabia), and a bunch of hypocritical "Christians" want to save a life.

The real test is if these zealots feel so strongly about saving lives, are they willing to put their butts on the line in Iraq? Are they willing to adopt all the unwanted children that exist in this country? They want the services of government but when asked to pay for them, they want a tax cut.

Bigotry reigned also. Since the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Republicans have formed an alliance with the forces of segregation. They are the white peoples party.

I'm glad I live on the Left Coast. I'm here now but looking North. O Canada. O Canada.....

It seems that John Edwards deserves more credit, as a true Democrat and
fighter. I hope we see him in 2008, but leave John at home.
