Late night early morning thoughts

curmugeonAwake and reading things on my phone. Who would have ever thought I'd be saying that. I'll keep it short because the battery on my phone says it needs a charge. Getting ready to sell off the last if my clutter. Useful stuff but not stuff I see fitting in my life right now. Like a lot of things I find myself needing stuff I gave away every time I try to do a task or repair. Yes my life is simple. As I said I'm using the phone for LJ.
One knee is giving me problems but I know there is little can be done with arteritis and a slight case of gout adding to the complications. I just have learned to adapt. That seems to be a recurring theme in life.
I didn't think about it till someone else mentioned it but a close friend is definitely bipolar. Yes, mental illness is all around us. Maybe she can get help but only if she wants to. That is the key to mental health. I know that even when the other person mentioned the word she became very defensive. We will see how this goes.
