Now we can't have troops posting videos demonstrating human rights abuse and crimes against humanity, because the Pentagon doesn't want you to know about those things. So, as a result, families won't be able to share video, children won't be able to see dad, and sons and daughters won't send video greetings. It's all a question of keeping control of the bandwidth.
