Seems to keep some embarrassment out of the public eye, the Pentagon is now limiting access to some web sites.

Now we can't have troops posting videos demonstrating human rights abuse and crimes against humanity, because the Pentagon doesn't want you to know about those things. So, as a result, families won't be able to share video, children won't be able to see dad, and sons and daughters won't send video greetings. It's all a question of keeping control of the bandwidth.
