Right now I'm staring at the blinds with the sun beating on the other side, heating up my office...that of course, is behind my 19 inch flat screen monitor...

There is one syndicated feed  ingaza  that I've been reading, a sort of first hand account of life as the writer tags along with the emergency response personnel in Gaza. It's the side of the war not reported by the major networks, TV, or newspapers. Just imagine being called and told you have 7 minutes to leave your house because the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) will be bombing it...

sometime this weekend..

1. I'll get the fanbelts replaced on my truck.
2. I'll get a new radio installed in the truck.
3. I'll use my chainsaw.. a lot.
4. I'll fix two flat tires on my bike
5. I'll prep for some lab work.
6. I'll do some house cleaning.
7. I'll buy some new music.

EDIT: of course much of this will not be done as I play 'caregiver'...

Was watching PBS a few nights ago and watched an episode on the San Diego and Arizona Eastern Railroad.... a lot of history and geology... from the early days to the Carrizon Gorge and beyond. A lot of history is near the border. Check out Campo Store too. Best to explore before it gets too hot...
