Feinstein makes water policy....

Seems that Feinstein has produced an amedment to the jobs bill that sends more water to farmers and makes no provisions for the ongoing water study.

Another case of Feinstein playing to her big donors and not serving the public.

First, apologies to those living with snow.... some areas of Southern California may see 80 degrees. I may find an excuse to go to the beach, I need to take a trip to the produce vendor that sells at the community center. I wanna play.

I bought a new bike....

Taking advantage of Valentines and President's Day sales, I went and purchased a new hybrid bike..

....now to put miles on it.

Today...

I started doing some work around the ranchito, then as the day warmed, I had to go to the beach. It was crowded, a lot of people had the same idea. I went by Performance Bike and was looking for a bargain. While roaming about the store I happened across a bike that had been pulled from the rack and looked it over carefully. It was a good fit, I liked the features, and the price was right. Top the price with an ongoing sale, I took an additional $50 off.

So, overall a good day. Tomorrow I ride.
