It seems that both Alberto Gonzales and Dick Cheney have a distorted view of freedom. To them freedom only applies when in the course of a 'war on terror' you aren't of interest to the government. Watch for a war of words, all surrounded with the Republican/Fascist/Neocon definition of freedom being the basis of their reasons for authorization of wiretapping without warrants.
