curmugeonWonderful day, off a bit early, places to go tomorrow, a full schedule for the lllooonnnggg weekend. A friend called me at work, in emotional distress, and I helped I hope. That is what friends are for, at least I hope that someone is there for me when the time of need exists.
A lot to be thankful for this weekend. No casualties close to me, my mom is still around after a bout with cancer, I'm finding more of my old friends, I have the freedom to travel, I've seen beautiful places and met beautiful people.
May all readers of this journal (don't think that is many) have a happy and reflective turkey day (tofurkey for vegans).
