Yesterday the weather was the story. Nothing like a commute filled with high winds, downpours, and stray funnel clouds. I kept looking east toward the area where the first funnel cloud was, proceeding toward Temecula in heavy traffic. 

Today I took off work, using severe weather as my excuse. I'm home to keep Mom from going nuts, as she hears one little thing and panics.  I've been bored to tears and this is the first time I've been online today.

Rain, rain, and more rain. I want sun.

Strange that you are having all this rain. What happened to sunny southern California? I am hoping for rain, and I'm in what is supposed to be the wet end of the state....
