Cluster Bombs..

It was said in some press briefing earlier in this 'war' that we were not using cluster bombs, as these have a tendency to cause a lot of civilian casualties, but what should I see in a photo in todays L.A. Times, but a picture of a cluster bomblette, clearly being avoided by refugees as they left on of the war zones in Iraq. So much for precision bombing.
