The foreign media under attack?

curmugeonIt seems odd to me that the big stories today was the attack on Abu Dabi TV and Aljazeera and the Palestine Hotel (where journalists are staying) by American forces. Is this part of our 'new foreign policy', dismiss the critics and when they don't start following your lead, kill them?
