It seems that Bush has expanded the war on terror to every agency in the
country. While I have not been asked, I know of people who have been
sent to training on this subject

As a photographer, I have already been stopped by people for taking
pictures of government buildings, so I just move a bit further away and
use a different lens... but I am probably in a database somewhere...

I have a friend who was standing on the freeway taking pictures of Harris Ranch. He was stopped by the police from that. He was also stopped from taking pictures of Lagunitas Creek which is in a public park. It is nuts.
