to the future...

Just returned from a short cool bike ride through my rural neighborhood. Part of the ride was to check out a neighbors property, that is where I met his two German Sheppards. They greeted me but when confronted, turned tail and retreated. I could say that the neighborhood road commissioner had been working on Terwilliger Road, because as usual, he leaves a berm at roads and driveways, I think he needs to understand that while we appreciate his efforts, he needs to show a bit more r expect for others. Reviewed the preliminary results of some lab tests, and most look good. The A1C is a bit high, at 6.1, which says to me I have to be a bit more careful with the diet aspects of my diabetes control. The rest of the results should appear by tomorrow. Was digging around the food cache and discovered some sweet potato chunks/dices in a can, ah, raw material for some sweet potato burritos. Now to find some more in the super market, collect my spices, and other fresh herbs, then work it up in a skillet.. Nice. I have to say I like working. On the iPad in the dark..
