to the future...

It seems that Scott Walker has a history of creating deficits while rewarding his friends.... here he gives his staff huge wage increases while laying off people...  then...he gives tax breaks to corporations to create a state deficit...  so... who is to blame for the deficit? BTW, Scott Walker is another college drop out who made good in the Republican party.... most be something conservatives are proud of.
