The G8 are up to their old tricks. They want to focus on eliminating hunger, but the programs they are pushing are just plans for the spread of GMO crops into the developing world. Obama has sold his soul to Monsanto (just look at some of the people he has placed in key roles, most are ex-Monsanto employees). No, the G8 are just a collection of governments bought and paid for by the corporations.

Chicago is going to host the G8 summit and a NATO summit so we will see the most massive police/military build up so far. This article just hints at what is happening and what it will be like in Chicago during these events but it is a demonstration of how little our civil liberties really matter to those in power.

So, don't make any plans to visit Chicago any time soon. You just might not make it home but be indefinitely detained under NDAA. Posted on Dreamwidth
