Nov. 7th, 2008 01:39 pmJust a short while ago it was announced that vast tracts of BLM land in Utah will be opened for leasing on December 19th for oil and gas exploration. Another case of Bush raping the country before he leaves office. Some leases will be near scenic vistas and national parks and monuments.
