It seems the party that controls the House also controls the franking commission (the people who approve what is mailed for free) by Congress and lately the Republicans control that function. It seems they are very worried about what Democrats are saying about their plan to kill Medicare and are rejecting mailings by Democrats that target their support of Paul Ryan's plan. (- Paul Ryan - Isn't it funny how much evil comes out of Wisconsin?) Now this is becoming an Orwellian scene, with the Republicans playing the role of Big Brother....read the article and think back to the last election... now get ready for the fight of your life in 2012.
