sometimes overwhealming

Still dealing with the aftermath, dealing with years of hoarding, and downsizing big time. Tonight I tackled the tea cabinet, a cupboard near where I keep cups and found a stash of tea.. good tea.  I also explored other high places, finding mixing bowls, and sifters and strainers. I threw a lot of stuff, filling two tall kitchen trash bags. There is a more to do, so I'll try to tackle it in manageable chunks. I guess I need to now think of sleep as I have a few/a lot of things to do tomorrow.

an early start

Yes, I'm awake at this early hour. Reality check time. Doing a load of dishes in the dishwasher, starting to sort through more 'stuff' as I tackle 32 years of accumulation. Yes, a lot of good in this 'stuff', but also a lot of junk. So many things on my plate right now, so many things. Later ths morning I have a bunch of calls to make, and then I have some bills to pay. Back to work, maybe breakfast time real soon.
