The two parties in control have done it... with the help of backroom deals and dumb voters they made it impossible for minor party candidates to get recognized or on the ballot. It is going to take a major court battle to fix this and I don't see Sacramento doing anything to make this right,  If this law was in effect in Alaska, Lisa Murkowski would have been unable to win, as write-in ballots will not be counted.
